Parish Administrator

Christ Church is looking for a part-time Parish Administrator. Please contact the Rector if you would like to apply.

Duties include:

  • scheduling parishioners
  • creating newsletters, bulletins and email campaigns
  • sending correspondence to parishioners
  • helping manage church accounts (a bookkeeper and treasurer may need support)
  • helping promote church events
  • supporting church staff, including the preschool staff, with office duties
  • helping lay people, janitors and gardeners with maintaining the church campus, buildings and grounds
  • ensuring church property is kept tidy by working with appropriate people
  • ordering supplies and goods for events
  • providing reports to the diocese
  • contributing to and attending weekly staff meetings
